What is meditation?

Very often we’re so busy “doing” – on the go the whole time that we exhaust our minds with “remember this”; “do this”; “say this”...

Our minds rest when we’re asleep (apparently) – for those of us who don’t lie awake all night with thoughts churning through them!

By being able to actively “create space” in our minds through meditation, you’ll be able to use the doing and the being part of your mind selectively.
