Our series of workshops guide you through a unique 8-step Self-Discovery Journey
• Have a look at how you portray yourself to your world. (Mask painting)
• Have a look at values, needs and wants by painting a “sunset of your life”
• Life skills & strategies are learnt by being fully engaged and absorbed; while using freely moving and imaginative approaches to your painting.
• Find yourself whilst doing something totally different!
Each workshop is 3 hours; art interspersed with coaching skills to develop an understanding of yourself and how you live in your world.
